Before You Arrive

We are committed to providing an intimate, relaxing, and romantic Caribbean escape designed for couples seeking peace, privacy, and connection. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, please take a moment to review the following policies before confirming your reservation.

These guidelines help us maintain the tranquil atmosphere and personalized experience that define what makes Keyonna Beach special.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

If you anticipate arriving outside of our standard check-in hours, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your arrival.

Deposits & Cancellations

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

  • Reservations cancelled 31 days or more prior to arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the deposit, representing a penalty of 30% of the total reservation value.
  • In the event of a no-show, non-arrival, or early departure after check-in, 100% of the total reservation value will be charged.

Extras booked prior to arrival may be cancelled at any time without penalty.

Cancellation penalties will be waived where travel becomes impossible due to:

  • Government-imposed travel restrictions or border closures beyond your control.
  • Hurricane, tropical storm, or other force majeure events that prevent travel as scheduled.

Adults-Only & Couples-Focused

Keyonna Beach is an adults-only boutique hotel thoughtfully designed for couples seeking privacy, relaxation, and meaningful time together.

To preserve the intimate atmosphere that defines the Keyonna Beach experience, all accommodations have a minimum and maximum occupancy of two adults.

We welcome couples, as well as friends or family members traveling and staying together, provided occupancy does not exceed two guests per room.

As a small boutique hotel, our beach, dining areas, and shared spaces are intentionally designed to create a peaceful and romantic environment. For this reason, we do not accommodate solo travelers.

Keyonna Beach is not designed for group travel. Larger groups naturally tend to dine, socialize, and gather together, which can alter the quiet ambiance and couples-focused atmosphere that many guests specifically choose our hotel to enjoy.

To help preserve this experience for all guests, reservations involving more than two rooms booked together or traveling together may be declined. Guests seeking a reunion, celebration, group vacation, retreat, or other group-oriented travel experience may find that another property is better suited to their needs.

The minimum age for all guests is 18 years.

Privacy & Drone Use

To protect the privacy, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests, recreational drone use is not permitted on the property.

Requests for professional photography, videography, or other special drone use may be considered with advance approval. Any approved drone activity must be scheduled in advance to allow for guest notification and privacy considerations.

Respectful Enjoyment of the Property

Keyonna Beach is known for its tranquil atmosphere and laid-back Caribbean charm.

To ensure all guests can fully enjoy their stay, we kindly ask that loud music not be played in guest rooms, on balconies, or in public areas of the property.

If noise levels become disruptive, our team may request that the volume be reduced. In rare circumstances, additional action may be required to preserve the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.

Set within the hotel’s central two-story beachfront building close to the restaurant, lounge, and beach grill, these rooms offer a relaxed beachfront stay where everything is within easy reach. Ground-floor rooms feature direct walk-out beach access just steps from the sea, while upper-level and side-positioned rooms offer direct or partial sea views through tropical greenery. Each room features a four-poster king bed, outdoor-style shower, and private balcony or patio with locally made Adirondack chairs. Guests of these rooms also enjoy access to a dedicated Bali bed set along the central beach area just steps from the sea.

Located within a two-story beachfront building, these spacious rooms offer over 800 ft² of beachfront living and some of the most expansive sea views at Keyonna Beach. Upper-level rooms feature unobstructed panoramic views, while lower-level rooms sit just above the sand, with the shoreline and sea framed by lush tropical foliage. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature four-poster king beds and outdoor-style dual-head rain showers. Double french doors open onto a full-length balcony with handmade Adirondack chairs and a double daybed oriented toward the beach for a more relaxed view of the sea throughout the day.
